Pre-Order items
Colin Campbell Sports Ltd will pre-authorise funds for your transaction at the point of ordering, however payment is captured for all pre-ordered items just before they are dispatched from our warehouse or, in the case of personalised items, before they are sent for personalisation. The reason is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order.
Funds are pre-authorised for a period of 5 days after which if payment is not captured the pre-authorisation is voided and those funds will be released back to your account. Colin Campbell Sports Ltd has no control over and does not accept responsability for the length of time for funds to be released back to your account.
If you are placing a pre-order for an item that is not available for more than 5 days after the order is placed please remember to allow for sufficient funds to be available immediately prior to the date of availability.
By submitting your payment details to Colin Campbell Sports Ltd you accept that we will capture funds at the time stock is available for dispatch, Colin Campbell Sports Ltd will not accept liability for any charges applied by your card provider relating to the transaction.
Returns Policy
Products supplied by Colin Campbell Sports Ltd are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. You can return any item within 10 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size/colour/item.
All items returned must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging. Goods will be inspected on return prior to exchange or refund. The goods are your responsibility until they are received by Colin Campbell Sports Ltd. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We do not offer a free returns service. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
If you wish to return goods for exchange or refunds, you can either send the goods back using their original packaging with a courier of your choice. Please understand that we do not accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient” and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us ( check which is appropriate with carrier ). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
