Our dedicated on-site print room can cater to all the design and print needs of our clubs and organisations. The experienced print team are on hand throughout the process to ensure that the design, preparation, and printing of your order runs smoothly.
Design
When sending over logos for your order, the best form of artwork is a Vector EPS files. Please ensure all fonts in your file are converted to paths (or curves). If you zoom into a vector eps file you will see no jagged edges or distortion. If you zoom into a bitmap or jpeg, the image and edges will become fuzzy. Should you not have the artwork in the correct format don’t worry, our designer can convert (re-draw) your artwork for a fee of £10.00.
If you are one of our partner clubs then we offer this redraw service free of charge as a part of our partnership benefits.
Once we have confirmed the correct artwork, our print team will then create a complimentary digital mock-up for you to approve ahead of any printing within 48 hours.
Printing
We can offer the following print types to be applied to all garments:
FULL COLOUR TRANSFER PRINTING
- Full colour transfer printing involves printing a coloured design onto a white vinyl and cuts around the design, which is then heat pressed on to the garment.
- Suitable for printing multi coloured designs and photos
- Great for small to medium quantities
- Creates a bright sharp finish
VINYL PRINTING
- Vinyl transfer printing works by a machine which cuts out a design onto a single-colour sheet of vinyl. The vinyl design is then heat sealed on to the garment using a heat press. This creates a vibrant, bold finish that will really stand out.
- Perfect for producing single colour text like individual names, simple logos and numbers
- Great for small to medium quantities
- Creates a sharp clean finish

We also provide an embroidery service that can be turned around in 7 days. Please get in touch to find out our collection/delivery dates and for a specific quote on your badge set up.
From approval of mock-up, or confirmation of the order, we quote a 5–7-day turnaround for hand-in products or unbranded kit orders, and 21 days for all personalised Macron orders.
